We deliver tiny houses to customers all over Australia.
Most of our customers don’t move their tiny house once it has been installed – but if you ever need to move it, you can.
We’ll assess the delivery route to your location and use our Häuslein delivery truck to tow your tiny house to your location.

SiTE INSPECTION
As part of our sales process, we will conduct a site assessment and inspection (via video if needed) to make sure your tiny house location is viable.
Good access to your tiny house delivery site is critical.
As a minimum, access roads need to be 3m wide with 4.3m high clearance.
Overhanging trees will need to be trimmed back before delivery day.
Installation service
We offer a tiny house installation service if you need more than a simple tiny house delivery and drop-off.
This installation includes setting up your tiny house on your prepared site, deploying the supporting legs, leveling the house, detaching the removable drawbar (if wanted), and attaching the tiny house deck & awning (if ordered).

Q: Can my Häuslein tiny house be delivered anywhere in Australia?
A: Yes, we deliver tiny houses to customers all over Australia – including Tasmania.
Q: How soon after build completion can my tiny house be delivered?
A: Typically, immediately. We will consult with you to arrange a suitable date and time.
Q: Can Häuslein install my tiny house for me?
A: Yes, we offer an installation service that involves leveling, and installation onto individually adjustable piers and tie-down system. This will help your tiny house be as steady as a rock. Our unique removable drawbar can create a very non-trailer-looking dwelling and make it much harder for unauthorised transportation.
Q: Can I transport my tiny house or trailer myself?
A: Yes, if you have the correctly graded vehicle you can arrange to pick up your tiny house or trailer from our base to save on costs.
Q: Can a tiny house be craned into my backyard?
A: Yes, we have delivered tiny houses into many tight spots and difficult driveways. We can work with external crane companies to have your tiny house craned to site if required.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare my site for the tiny house installation?
A: In addition to clearing the access route of obstructions, you’ll need a clearing with a flat, level area to park your tiny house. A concrete slab is a nice-to-have but is not required. You can use concrete pads or compacted crusher dust / road base to support the stabilising landing legs under your house.
