About the role

Häuslein Tiny House Co are looking for a self motivated, organised and committed customer focused individual to join our business. This is a part time role which is the main point of contact for new customers and existing customers. some customer invoice and allocation duties, HR support, and a range of other general office tasks, accounting and bookkeeping duties.

To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience in sales and customer service, have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a team.

It is essential that you be a self starter who can use initiative, have the ability to problem solve and communicate extremely well with various stakeholders.

This role will suit someone who desires to move into sales.

Duties and responsibilities

Including, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable function (data entry, coding and supplier accounts).

  • Reconciling invoices / payable / receivable / statements

  • Processing a high volume of invoices / receipts

  • Liaising with suppliers, management and other staff members in a friendly and

  • Approachable and friendly manner with customers

  • Assisting with the implementation of systems, policies and procedures

  • Assist in the ongoing management of employees & apprentices

  • Other role-related duties as required

Skills Required

  • Sales CRM experience in PipeDrive, SalesForce, Sugar or similar

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing role, or in a similar role that integrates customer care, liasing across different teams to provide successful outcomes.

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Knowledge of tiny house or construction industry best practices

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to manage concurrent customer builds in progress and existing customer care issues

  • Excellent organisational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

  • A passion for delivering seamless customer experiences from contract to delivery.
