WHAT PEOPLE LOVE ABOUT HÄUSLEIN TINY HOUSE TRAILERS
Our tiny house trailers are the same trailers that we use for our official Häuslein tiny house builds.
With the flatbed trailer design, you won’t need to work around a wheel arch for your DIY tiny house build.
The chassis height is a very low 580mm high when loaded.
And since the trailer is low to the ground it is highly advantageous for DIYers in terms of simplicity.
You can utilise the maximum internal width and height for your tiny house – giving more room in the lofts.
Each tiny house trailer is built using Australian DuraGal steel, premium AL-KO axles and running gear, heavy-duty low-profile tyres and load-rated rims.
Our unique tiny house trailer design allows for the drawbar to be removable – making it ideal for parking in tight spots or concealing the trailer after your house is parked.

If you’re squeezed for time or don’t feel comfortable towing a large trailer behind your vehicle then we can arrange cost-effective and convenient delivery of your freshly built tiny house trailer.

Free local delivery for customers within 60km of our workshop.
Maximum 2 trailers can be stacked on a trailer for bulk order deliveries. Customer organised forklift is required at destination for offloading of stacked trailers.
Tiny house TRAILER Pickup
Picking up your tiny house trailer from our workshop is free.
You must ensure that you have the following things ready for a smooth pickup and tow away:
UVP (Unregistered Vehicle Permit) from Service NSW (link) to allow for towing from our workshop direct route to your destination. We can assist you with this but you need to let us know in advance. Also, if you have your own Trade Plate then you can use this.
70mm Towball for trailers rated 4.5 tonnes.
50mm Towball for trailers under 3.5 tonnes.
Correctly rated D-Shackles for your trailer size.
Car to be fitted with electronic trailer brakes.
